Position Overview:
The Director of Engagement will play a key role in expanding The Kindness Revolution’s impact by connecting with referred prospects and arranging appointments to discuss opportunities for partnership. This role focuses on outreach, communication, and relationship-building to engage insurance agents and other potential partners in our proven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact referred prospects via phone and email daily to schedule appointments for partnership discussions.
Present The Kindness Revolution’s unique cause-marketing campaigns to prospects, highlighting the value of participation for insurance agents.
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and drive engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in a CRM system.
Collaborate with leadership to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in outreach strategies.
Meet or exceed outreach and appointment-setting goals on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or client outreach (2+ years preferred).
