Job DetailsTeamOps - Foxborough, MA Full Time Bachelor's Day SecurityDescriptionSUMMARY: The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation of security and service programs/procedures at Gillette Stadium for all major event operations. In addition, the Event Coordinator will support major event operations including Patriots, Revolution, and concerts at Gillette Stadium with a focus on responding to guest challenges and implementing security protocols. Finally, the Event Coordinator will support all administrative functions involving TeamOps Event Staff including payroll reconciliation, recognition events, support activities, etc.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Support the Lead Manager in the scheduling of event staff for full-stadium events at Gillette Stadium• Develop and communicate clear, consistent, event preparation documents including deployment sheets, event notes, and other event related documents• Support payroll initiatives and review event staff timecards to ensure proper allocation of wages and accuracy of event invoicing• Attend all Gillette Stadium major events (as assigned)• Audit initiatives and programs and provide in-the-moment coaching and mentoring to part time staff members• Attend all event preparation meetings and observe, report, and execute security and service directives as assigned by TeamOps leadership• Enhance existing maintenance programs to include golf carts, magnetometers and other Gillette Stadium equipment needs• Support training initiatives by collaborating and moderating training programs.• Implement security checkpoint setup/teardown initiatives including all equipment needed for event day• Oversee TeamOps Wardrobe Distribution program with accountability to TeamOps leadership on purchases, staff needs, etc.• Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates• Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES• This position has no supervisory responsibilitiesSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelors degree, preferred• 1-2 years of experience in event operations, preferred• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Organized and detail oriented• Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, etc.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Committed to taking an active role in developing a positive culturePHYSICAL DEMANDS• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.WORK ENVIRONMENT• Generally located in administrative office during business hours, and will maintain a floating schedule• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays with frequency in support of events• Event Venue, noise level in the work environment is typically loud• Densely populated on event day• Must adhere to all COVID-19 rules and prevention tacticsCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS• None requiredOTHER DUTIESPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
