Are you ready to step into an exciting role as a Project Manager? We’re seeking someone with a strong leader's spirit to oversee critical assembly operations in a large-scale project. In this dynamic position, you'll manage diverse teams and ensure we hit ambitious production goals while maintaining the highest quality standards. Picture yourself leading the execution of station builds and pod assembly operations, ensuring daily and weekly targets are not just met, but exceeded! You'll be at the forefront of managing up to 20 workstations, overseeing the assembly of 1,000 pods each day, all while promoting a collaborative environment where teams are encouraged to shine. Your strong mechanical aptitude will come into play as you drive production efficiency and conduct routine quality control checks, ensuring everything meets our client expectations. Plus, as you supervise both temporary workers and assigned teams, your organizational and problem-solving skills will be crucial. You’ll monitor tool status, maintain routines, coordinate with logistics teams, and report progress to senior leadership. If you have at least 3 years of experience in assembly supervision or related project management roles, have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar), and possess a knack for leading diverse teams, we want to hear from you!
