The Elec, Toys, Gifts and Beauty Trade Marketing team is a dynamic group in a fast-paced environment. You'll be working alongside a collaborative and agile team to bring innovative ideas to life; seeking new ways to improve the customer journey, reacting to trade, supporting performance, and building onsite plans to launch events and campaigns. You'll act as a bridge between category, marketing, and other departments, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration across the business.
The role will be to support the development and delivery of Elec, Toy, Gifts and Beauty trading plans to engage & drive growth, bringing together all elements within the Trading calendar. The role requires constant analysis of online trading data to review and recommend actions for the best customer journey, ensuring we continue to put the customer at the heart of our decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior Trade Lead to join our fast-paced team. You'll have a good balance of being a strong strategic thinker whilst being passionate about creative innovation; not afraid to challenge the status quo and think outside the box. Your ability to analyse data and spot opportunities will be crucial in supporting the delivery of category trading plans.

2nd stage - A one-hour formal task based interview This will be held in-person at our Speke, Liverpool office.
