Job Description

The role will focus on supporting Third Bridge Client Service hiring which mainly focuses on hiring fresh graduates to be part of a fast paced and highly driven team. To help out with the needs of our business, we aim to hire a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Operations Team. 

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and talent acquisition strategies including deep understanding of Third Bridge business model and talent requirements across our Client Service line of business. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with our Recruiting team to support various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and actively participating on Campus activities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Campus Ambassador, promoting Employer Brand to students across different HKG Universities while leveraging social media platforms

  • Connect with Student Organizations to promote job opportunities

  • Proactively source and identify talents across South East Asia through various channels including LinkedIn and other applicable Jobboards

  • A substantial portion of your daily activities would involve lead generation to create a candidate pipeline for Recruiters.

  • Screen resumes and may help in conducting initial phone screening to identify qualified candidates

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and Recruiters

  • Assist on job postings and leads extractions across various channels 

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Assist in organizing and attending campus career fairs and recruitment events.

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

  • Assist in the creation of recruitment marketing materials and development of employer branding initiatives

  • Must be able to deliver high quality work on a deadline while working on specific KPIs

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Must have clear understanding of Third Bridge Business Model and Client Service Business

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Other degrees are welcome but must have a highly driven mindset including working with targets.

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment

  • Excellent English communication skills. Both written and verbal communication

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks.

  • Positive winning mindset and eagerness to learn.

  • Previous internship or work experience in Recruitment is a plus.

  • Experience in People Communication or People Outreach job is an advantage

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

 

Job Details

  • Must be Year 3 or Year 4 

  • Must be able to work at least 4hrs a day, 5x a week

  • Paid on monthly basis - 70 HKD/hour

  • Hybrid Work Set-up but should be able to meet weekly KPIs

  • The intern will mainly work directly with one Senior TA Partner based in Hong Kong. Other TA members are working remotely from different offices.
