We currently have an opening for a Fulfillment Center Trainer to join our amazing team where you'll conduct training for new and existing Thrivers and collaborate with leadership to ensure training programs meet the needs of the fulfillment center.

Monday-Thursday, 5:30am - 4:00pm (overtime as needed)

In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in training new and existing Thrivers at our Fulfillment Center, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. Your days will be filled with empowering individuals as you guide them through receiving, picking, packing, and quality control processes. With a commitment to safety and efficiency, you’ll teach and enforce Standard Operating Procedures that help maintain a safe working environment. Collaboration is key here, as you’ll work closely with leadership to assess training needs, document evaluations, and support our growing team. We value those with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for teamwork. Your experience with equipment like Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks will be vital, and your ability to coach and develop team members will set you apart.
