Tines is at an exciting stage in its growth journey and is seeking a talented Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our marketing team. This pivotal role will be the first ABM hire and will own designing and implementing the program from scratch. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can also execute tactically, foster collaboration across functions and drive towards measurable business outcomes.


This is a remote position, with the employee required to be located in an EST state in North America. We have a strong preference for the greater Boston area where our US HQ is located. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and lead the implementation of ABM strategies, goals, processes, and playbooks.
  • Secure strategic alignment with stakeholders across multiple teams including RevOps, Marketing and GTM leadership.
  • Drive enterprise pipeline for the sales team. You’ll run campaigns and experiments across multiple channels to maximize reach, engagement and conversion within our target list of enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to integrate ABM strategies into account-level pipeline generation plans with the right balance of 1:1 and 1:Many ABM programs.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to target net-new business and support expansion plays at customer accounts.
  • Manage and allocate budget effectively, overseeing all aspects of ABM campaigns including programs, data and technology.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 8+ years of experience. You bring relevant B2B marketing and ABM experience to the table and understand what's required to build a program from the ground up.
  • A hacker’s mindset. You constantly search for unique and efficient scaling methods, even when they defy conventional tactics.
  • Bias for speed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment , can juggle competing priorities and are able to set and maintain a high pace, inspiring your team to keep up
  • Strong communication and writing skills. You are an excellent communicator and can produce excellent written and presentation content and collaborate with others to do the same.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. With a keen eye for detail, you deliver output of the highest quality and delve deeply into the data to understand program performance.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves. You are willing and prepared to dive in and drive projects forward through hands-on involvement and through close collaboration with cross functional partners.
  • A deep empathy for sales and a strong understanding of how enterprise sales works in a scaling B2B SaaS.
