Responsibilities

At Total Comfort, the value of your customer service delivery will never go unnoticed, the opportunity for career advancement is abundant and the income potential is high! The HVAC profession is recession proof and provides a high ceiling to start a successful career path. We are seeking energetic, dependable helpers who are interested in continuing their growth in this trade by assisting Lead Installation Mechanics with adding onto or replacing old worn-out HVAC systems.

Qualifications

  • Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school.
  • EPA Certification (We may be able to assist if you do not have this).
  • MUST report daily to our warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load the parts onto the truck.  
  • A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills. 
  • Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
  • Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary. 
  • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks. 
  • This is a non-driving role, however, to advance you must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
