Growth Operations Analyst - job 1 of 3

This a growth strategy role where you are going to focus on learning the business inside and out then ideally promote into a lead position or move cross-functionally - though your position first and foremost will involve client facing growth activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients, understanding their business needs.

  • Engage with prospects via cold calling, emails, and social media, introducing them to Traba’s innovative solutions.

  • Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or presentations.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.

Salary Range Details

Compensation: $65,000 (base) + $20,000 commissions @ 100%-to-goal (Commissions are un-capped with ability to hit 200% - 400% over) + Equity - reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
