About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team in a newly created role as our Spare Parts Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible for the development and the ongoing management of the Branch Store and workshop inventory locations within the Branch, whilst ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and operational targets.

Crown Equipment is on the lookout for a dynamic and self-motivated Parts Manager to join our team! This exciting opportunity comes with the chance to make a real impact on our Branch Store and workshop inventory management. As our Parts Manager, you'll take on a critical role, ensuring our inventory aligns with our operational targets and complies with company policies. You'll be responsible for key responsibilities such as receiving stock from purchase orders, checking manifests, and conducting weekly and monthly branch cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Collaborating with the Workshop Manager, you’ll also identify operational improvements and develop action plans for implementation. To thrive in this role, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the flexibility to engage with employees at all levels.
