About the role

We are growing fast and have only captured a small portion of the market for our target ICPs. As the Head of Growth Marketing, your team will be responsible for introducing Tremendous to millions more people, so we can quickly show our market share. You will lead our paid, web, SEO, and events channels with the goal of generating high quality pipeline for Sales. We’re looking for a strategic leader who has experience driving repeatable and scalable results across marketing channels and tactics. If you have a proven track record in growth marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

You will

  • Build a sustainable, scalable, repeatable demand gen engine that will position Tremendous to hit growth targets

  • Lead a team of high performance growth marketers across paid acquisition, SEO, web, and events

  • Execute a full funnel channel strategy to drive high-quality pipeline for Sales at an efficient LTV/CAC

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build best-in-class marketing data and technology capabilities to improve efficiency

  • Work closely with Data and Finance to improve attribution, forecasting and ROI measurements

  • Build a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity and ability to be on the forefront of growth innovation

You have

  • 8-10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, or e-commerce.

  • 3-5 years of experience in building, managing, and leading teams.

  • Proven ability to manage 8 figure budgets and driving efficient revenue growth

  • Experience leveraging a portfolio of marketing channels and tactics (paid, SEO, ABM, organic, etc.,) to run effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

  • Understanding of vendors, tools, systems, and tactics across the evolving marketing landscape

  • An owner’s mindset - you can lead through ambiguity and dig into the details to solve

  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS/tech industry
