The Role
As our Senior Growth Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of data-driven paid acquisition campaigns and conversion rate optimization initiatives. Your mission will be to scale and refine paid growth channels while maximizing ROI through rigorous experimentation and testing. From improving landing page performance to optimizing the funnel for higher sign-up rates, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact. Your work will directly contribute to creating seamless, high-performing experiences that empower students to succeed from discovery to sign-up—and beyond.
What You’ll Do
Drive Paid Acquisition growth and efficiency through creative testing and effective budget management.
Run experiments across the sign-up funnel to increase web page visitors to lead & lead to signup conversion rates.
Work closely with other paid channel managers to ensure overall success and growth of campaigns.
Analyze downstream metrics and report findings to broader team to increase ROI
This job is for you if:
You have 4+ years of consumer facing paid acquisition experience
A BA/BS degree in marketing/business or another relevant discipline
A track record of driving growth through paid acquisition and conversion rate optimization
You are highly analytical with strong communication skills to relay those insights
Ability to build relationships and influence decisions at various levels across all different team members
Bias to action with the ability to consider trade-offs and make decisions amongst competing priorities
You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and be hands on to get the job done
Bonus points if:
You have previous startup experience especially at B2B2C or B2C EdTech/Healthcare.
Experience working with Marketing Attribution and integrating/building tools to centralize data tracking.

Compensation
$120-$160k / 0.04-0.05% equity
Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
