Trexo Robotics is enabling mobility by building powered wearable robots. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the growth of our social media presence. For instance, you will drive campaigns designed to grow our Instagram following from 100k to 1M. In this role, you will lead digital marketing initiatives, including managing social media channels, creating impactful email campaigns, and developing content strategies to boost brand awareness and user engagement. Leveraging analytics, you will refine marketing efforts, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, and explore new channels to drive growth and amplify the company’s reach.

You are a seasoned marketing professional with a proven ability to grow social media accounts and drive digital engagement. Strategic and data-driven, you thrive on crafting impactful campaigns that build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
Oversee social media channels (including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Pinterest) to build brand awareness, engage with the community, and manage partnerships with influencers to amplify our reach and visibility.
Optimize organic traffic through compelling content strategies.
Build and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture user engagement and drive conversions.
Designing and executing customer retention strategies through personalized marketing campaigns.
Use analytics to track and optimize marketing campaigns, refining strategies based on performance insights.
Test new marketing channels and growth initiatives, with a budget for experimentation, to scale the business.
Build partnership program with a goal of syndicating content, generating exposure, finding donors and increasing Trexo Plus devices in the field.
More than 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally as an early marketing hire at an early-stage startup.
Proven success in driving growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.
Proven success in managing and growing social media accounts (ideally above 100k followers)
Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, digital marketing, and content creation.
Proficiency with analytics platforms and marketing automation tools.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is an asset (Salesforce preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive approach to marketing ownership.
Experience growing online communities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where creativity and data-driven decisions go hand in hand.
Experience in creating, editing, and optimizing video content for digital platforms.
Hands-on experience planning and executing virtual or in-person marketing events, such as webinars or road shows.
Strong experience in marketing operations, including streamlining marketing workflows, improving efficiency, and identifying opportunities for automation.
Experience in marketing for medical devices, non-profit healthcare organizations, or related healthcare products.
