Reporting to the Associate Director of B2B Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager, B2B, will plan and execute product marketing activities for several of our industry-leading hospitality solutions. They will gather customer insights to influence and inform product messaging, positioning, and product roadmaps. In collaboration with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders, they will develop go-to-market plans for new features and functionality and create new strategies for educating our customers on the value of each offering. In this role, you will be part of, and help shape, a small but growing Product Marketing function at Tripadvisor, within the B2B group. You will work collaboratively with a diverse group of disciplinary professionals across Product, Brand, Creative, Growth, Research, and Analytics.
What You’ll Do
Become the subject matter expert (SME) on hospitality (hotels and restaurants), staying ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings (product, pricing and positioning) as well as buyer & customer insights. Establish a process for the ongoing collection and distribution of key findings to functional stakeholders.
Increase product adoption and retention by becoming the voice of our customer, understanding their needs, goals, and pain-points and advocating for them within product & marketing strategy
Develop messaging, positioning, and narratives for new and existing hotel & restaurant offerings, articulating the benefits and use cases of each solution in a cohesive and compelling way.
Develop customer journeys and partner with key stakeholders to identify and craft the appropriate content, messaging, and touch points to move customers through the journey.
Partner with the channel leads to develop and execute go-to-market & growth campaigns and testing roadmaps, understanding the right mix of paid vs. non-paid to optimize the product lifecycle.
Identify key metrics, set goals, and analyze the results of marketing campaigns and product launches
Project manage new product and campaign initiatives and drive projects to completion on time
Partner with product & marketing teams to bring new products to life via sales-assisted and self-serve purchasing paths
Skills & Experience
Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business or related field
5+ years’ work experience in a B2B Marketing role, preferably within SaaS and a multi-product portfolio
Comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly
An understanding of the product development lifecycle and how to operate within product-led teams; comfortability and familiarity working with product and technology partners
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; adapts easily and quickly to change
A strong cross-team collaborator and relationship-builder
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
Strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit
Passion for the hospitality industry and independent business partners
The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $145,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future
