FIELDBOOK, a studio operated by High Alpha Innovation, is dedicated to creating and accelerating advantaged retail value chain startups. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Coordinator on a part-time contract basis to lead an early-stage growth company in Bentonville, Arkansas, with the potential for this role to transition to full-time employment after business launch and incorporation.
Our newest concept is Coaxial Collective (“Coaxial”). With this new startup, we’re accelerating a major shift in retail led by YouTube Creators, who’ve redefined consumer engagement over the past decade. With over $24B flowing annually into influencer marketing—and growing fast—we see an enormous opportunity to unlock the next wave of growth by equipping Creators to launch products directly in partnership with retail giants in Northwest Arkansas. This platform will unite Content Creators with similar audiences to amplify their reach, increase ad revenue, leverage shared resources, and launch relevant consumer products. This platform will help creators diversify their revenue streams and build long-term wealth beyond their YouTube channels.
As the Social Media Coordinator and early-stage team member, you will be responsible for strengthening each Creator’s YouTube community, partnering with Coaxial creative leads on community feedback, and eventually building strategic plans for each Creator’s engagement across other social channels. You will work to build conviction with the YouTube community, as you extend each Creator’s fan outreach. You will also advise Coaxial Creators on ways to improve their community engagement and facilitate appropriate connections. This is a unique opportunity to be a zero-to-one participant for a well-supported and funded early-stage business on a flexible, part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in social media or online community building. Additionally, the candidate will be able to articulate a clear understanding of YouTube policies, trends, and social engagement best practices. The successful candidate is preferably a Creator with an understanding of the behind-the-scenes operations of content creation, channel management, and community management. A candidate with experience in woodworking, home construction, or a related field is preferred.
If you are an ambitious, motivated, and passionate individual who wants to revolutionize the way content creation drives products on shelves over the coming decade, we invite you to apply to join us on this exciting journey at Fieldbook Studio. The selected candidate gets to be on the ground floor of a new business in Northwest Arkansas with Fieldbook Studio’s innovative team and support model. Together, we will revolutionize the way creators streamline video operations, grow brand deals, and ultimately launch products that align with their audiences.
