Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with extensive experience in driving product strategy, defining requirements, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. In this role, you will oversee our product’s end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery and design to launch and post-launch optimization. You will collaborate with UX, Product Marketing, and Branding teams to shape the product experience and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:

    Own and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and market needs.

    Develop and maintain a detailed product vision and strategy, ensuring stakeholder buy-in across the organization.

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with UX and Branding teams to approve mocks and ensure a cohesive user experience.

    Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop compelling Go-to-Market plans, positioning, and messaging.

    Coordinate with engineering teams on React.js front-end requirements and Pendo analytics implementation for user tracking.

  • Requirements Definition & Backlog Management

    Translate business objectives and user feedback into clear, actionable user stories.

    Prioritize the product backlog, assign tasks to developers, and make critical trade-off decisions based on ROI and impact.

    Manage integration with Stripe for payments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Sprint & Release Management

    Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features.

    Coordinate with other product teams to synchronize release cycles and maintain a consistent product cadence.

    Manage release communications, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of updates, timelines, and potential impacts.

  • Analytics & Optimization

    Leverage Pendo analytics to track user behavior, engagement, and product usage, driving data-driven decisions.

    Identify areas of improvement and work with the engineering and UX teams to refine the product experience.

    Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success post-launch.

  • Go-to-Market Execution

    Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to launch new products or features successfully.

    Support the creation of product marketing materials and sales enablement documents.

    Define rollout and adoption strategies, collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex software products with multiple integrations, especially in analytics (Pendo), payments (Stripe), and front-end frameworks (React.js).

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in organizing and leading sprints.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

  • Ability to collaborate with design (UX), Product Marketing, and Branding teams, driving consensus and alignment.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute Go-to-Market plans, including product positioning, pricing, and launch strategies.

  • Experience with defining user stories, maintaining product backlogs, and managing large-scale product roadmaps.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to product planning and decision-making.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
