ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Instructional Designer at Trustly, you will be responsible for building & maintaining learning experiences. You have a passion for L&D and can help create, maintain, and facilitate training as needed in partnership with other teammates. You know how important proper training is to ensure that our teammates around the globe always deliver great experiences. You approach your work with a continuous improvement mindset and drive for the best customer outcomes. If you love instructional design and the L&D domain, we would love to hear from you.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Create new training modules by researching various sources to develop appropriate learning materials.
  • Comprehensive understanding and demonstrated application of adult learning theory in a corporate environment.
  • Proactively update & revise training modules as the business changes to ensure that modules are up to date when needed.
  • Ability to facilitate training through direct instruction or a train-the-trainer approach as needed.
  • Ability & willingness to coach other Trustly departments on curriculum development as needed.
  • Collect feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results & make improvements where required.
  • Analytical mindset that ensures that we have solid measurement practices and that we can understand progress through data; ability to use data to tell a story.


WHO YOU ARE
  • 5+ years of experience working in learning & development on curriculum development.
  • Experience in building out training modules through self-paced eLearning modules; Articulate Storyline experience is desired.
  • Experience managing an LMS (Rippling, UKG, Moodle, or Schoox experience is a plus).
  • Experience creating video content with tools such as Camtasia.
  • Has a desire to lean into new technologies such as AI tools to drive better learning outcomes.
  • Analytical skills to use and represent data (Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Project management skills to coordinate multiple learning initiatives.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated supportive, collaborative and problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and takes ownership to ensure timely delivery of all work.

$115,000 - $125,000 a year

SALARY RANGE: $115,000 - $125,000 USD /yr

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
