Business Development Director

We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues.

Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Kore is a fan, partnership and revenue intelligence platform for the sports & entertainment business.

Scope of Role

As a Business Development Director at Two Circles, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and winning new clients in North America through strategic selling of our technology and consulting services. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, running sales processes and ultimately closing new business. You will run successful end to end sales processes which showcase our ability to solve complex business challenges, and drive growth using our cutting edge technology and consulting services. The focus for this role is to win business from new logos (rights holders)

What you’ll be responsible for:

·       Working closely with our BDR team to identify prospects and manage outreach.

·       Partner with the Solutions team to craft tailored proposals, showcasing how our services can address our prospect’s specific business needs.

·       Run end to end sales processes

·       Close new business

Experience:   

·       5+ years of experience in business development or sales

·       A track record in delivering significant revenue growth

·       Experience working in sports, entertainment, or a related industry - ideally strong network with teams and leagues.

·       Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Skills:

·       Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.

·       Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency

·       Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking platforms.

·       Knowledge of SaaS solutions and enterprise software products is highly preferred.

·       Understanding of the sports and entertainment industry is a strong plus.

Education

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
