Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in education statistics, applied statistics, or research or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
At least three or more years of related experience in research and data analytics
At least three or more years of data and statistical programming experience, using SAS or R
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. in educational statistics, quantitative social science research, or related field from an accredited institution of higher education conferred by the start of employment
Experience with K-12 education data
Experience with sensitive data and confidentiality procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):
Knowledge/skills of data collection design for research and/or evaluation
Knowledge/skills of research methodology and research design
Skill in synthesizing findings from research and data analytics to create reports and data visualizations
Skills in developing, promoting, and completing research projects
Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed to accomplish project goals
