Your mission

The Enterprise Sales Executive at UiPath will work with top Enterprise accounts across the FSI industry.

This is a senior position operating with C-Suite decision makers for our top accounts.  

Our sales team is built with experienced, entrepreneurial, and high-energy software sales executives. They work every day with C-level executives and business leaders, through to heads of process improvement and of course automation, to deliver business and individual value to client organizations. 


What you'll do at UiPath

  • Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule

  • Build UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling UiPath solutions by leveraging a value selling approach

  • Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory

  • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations

  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success groups to ensure customer receives maximum value throughout lifecycle

  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs


What you'll bring to the team

  • Years of experience selling business solutions directly to top executives for large companies

  • Successful quota attainment year-over-year, growing an enterprise client portfolio through new business acquisition and account expansion.

  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence, both internally and externally.

  • Ability to work with a client organization and identify important people across many departments and different levels of leadership.

  • Data-oriented approach to territory and account planning, as well as personal performance.

  • Use of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies to ensure accuracy in forecasting.

  • Fluency in English.
