Project Manager

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Project Manager to join our UniQue Telecom & Enterprise Sector PMO team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the Telecom & Enterprise sector and you will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects, performing risk, budget, and schedule management, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Manage the P&L of the projects up to the definition of the gross margin
  • Integrate different work packages and teams in order to achieve a single result
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders for complex, large-scale projects
  • Clarify project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and act as a point of contact
  • Perform risk management and analyze risks and opportunities
  • Compose the project team, assign tasks and manage the schedule
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Oversee project procurement management and ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Monitor project progress, use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, and resolve and handle any issues that may arise
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Experience in IT/Telecom projects and/or Software projects

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another relative discipline
  • MSc degree will be considered an additional asset
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar position of Project Manager mainly in Enterprise and/or Telecom Industry
  • Experience in IT/Telecom projects
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and verbal)
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Certifications in PMP and/or Prince2 will be considered as an asset
