We’re hiring an Implementations Specialist to be a key player in delivering an efficient and high-quality implementation experience to Unit’s customers. The role is based in New York City.
As an Implementations Specialist, you will:
Work directly with Unit’s customers to manage their onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and successful go-live.
Support existing Unit customers with updates to their programs.
Directly impact Unit’s revenue realization by executing efficient, timely, and successful projects.
Work cross-functionally with all teams at Unit to ensure successful customer delivery.
Improve Unit’s operations in all aspects of our implementation work.
This highly entrepreneurial role requires curiosity, a strategic thinker, and a mentality of extreme ownership. The successful candidate will make an immediate and continuous impact on Unit’s operational excellence and our customers.
2+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or management consulting.
Client-facing experience, preferably in a tech company.
Detailed, organized, and clear communicator.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Team-focused and are energized by collaborative problem-solving.
Enthusiastic about fintech and creating the future of financial infrastructure.
