About the role

We’re hiring an Implementations Specialist to be a key player in delivering an efficient and high-quality implementation experience to Unit’s customers. The role is based in New York City. 

As an Implementations Specialist, you will:

  • Work directly with Unit’s customers to manage their onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and successful go-live. 

  • Support existing Unit customers with updates to their programs.

  • Directly impact Unit’s revenue realization by executing efficient, timely, and successful projects.

  • Work cross-functionally with all teams at Unit to ensure successful customer delivery.

  • Improve Unit’s operations in all aspects of our implementation work. 

This highly entrepreneurial role requires curiosity, a strategic thinker, and a mentality of extreme ownership. The successful candidate will make an immediate and continuous impact on Unit’s operational excellence and our customers.
