Sales Associate - Garden State Plaza

"Is your passion in retail?” We are looking for a Sales associate at our store in Garden State Plaza. The ideal candidate will have prior Customer Service experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. “Do you have the gift of motivating those around you?” The Sales Associate will have a working knowledge of all things UNTUCKit, along with a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide information on our products, features and benefits
  • Create a fun, relaxed environment for customers to feel comfortable shopping
  • Actively maintain a tidy sales floor and stockroom
  • Be a self-starter when doing tasks
  • Juggle multiple customers at a time
  • A team player who possesses the ability to work together in a learning culture
  • Be a vital part of brand decisions with customer feedback and observations
  • Own personal sales goals, along with team goals
  • Work experience as a sales associate
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

  • High school degree; BA/BS degree would be a plus

Work Hours

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store/Company needs
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
  • Comfortable working alone for hours of a shift
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays
  • Hours: 5 or more as needed
