Revenue Operations Coordinator, Process & Enablement
UpKeep is a Series B tech startup providing cloud-based Asset Operations Management software. They are looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to support Sales and Customer Success teams, manage GTM tech stack, and drive operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proficient in data manipulation in Google Sheets/Excel
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of Sales and Customer Success processes
Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for Sales and Customer Success teams
- Manage GTM tech stack provisioning and maintenance
- Lead training sessions to increase system literacy
- Monitor data quality and participate in cross-functional projects
- Manage internal support needs and coordinate incentive events
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical-related field
