Skills
Proficient in data manipulation in Google Sheets/Excel
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
Comprehensive understanding of Sales and Customer Success processes
Responsibilities
Act as primary contact for Sales and Customer Success teams
Manage GTM tech stack provisioning and maintenance
Lead training sessions to increase system literacy
Monitor data quality and participate in cross-functional projects
Manage internal support needs and coordinate incentive events
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical-related field
