Job Description

If you're ready to take the next step in your career, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Director Physical Therapist, you will facilitate daily clinical operations, including, but not limited to, following policies and procedures, implementing new processes and programming, promoting the clinic, demonstrating exemplary customer service, handling urgent situations, and participating in facility maintenance. Your enthusiasm will be a great addition to our fun and energetic clinic!

Qualifications

  • Oregon PT licensed or immediately eligible for Oregon licensure.
  • Previous managerial experience preferred.
  • Experience  working with a diverse patient population and treating a full range of ages and diagnoses.
  • Enjoys cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with our medical referral resources and community to ensure quality and compassionate patient care.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
