Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Snohomish and the Canyon Park neighborhood of Bothell. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches.

  • Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Perform hands-on therapeutic techniques and manual therapy
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and movement patterns
  • Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree from a CAPTE accredited physical therapy program
  • Current physical therapy license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain one

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $86,000- $100,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
