The Role
The Veeva OpenData Stewardship Training and Recruiting Specialist is responsible for the direct management of the data stewardship trainers and recruiters' team members. The Training and Recruiting Specialist evaluates our current needs and practices to create and deliver a training program that is complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources. Also, the Training and Recruiting Specialist is a key driver in recruitment for the Data Steward teams and coordinates the innovations and process improvements of the Veeva OpenData Research Center department.
