The Role


The Veeva OpenData Stewardship Training and Recruiting Specialist is responsible for the direct management of the data stewardship trainers and recruiters' team members. The Training and Recruiting Specialist evaluates our current needs and practices to create and deliver a training program that is complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources. Also, the Training and Recruiting Specialist is a key driver in recruitment for the Data Steward teams and coordinates the innovations and process improvements of the Veeva OpenData Research Center department.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinating a small team of contracted trainers and recruiters.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the training for the OpenData Research Center department
  • Identify training needs by evaluating data steward performance
  • Build a Data Steward training program and prepare teaching plans
  • Develop or oversee the production of instructional/training materials.
  • Deliver training courses
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
  • Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment for the OpenData Data Stewardship team
  • Working with the Research center Manager to identify and define staffing needs.
  • Design an end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to screening qualified talents
  • Administering hiring platforms and contracts.
  • Coordinating the innovations and process improvements of the Veeva OpenData Research Center department


Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or training
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Process and result-oriented mindset
  • Highly conscientious (organized, analytical, “can do” attitude)
  • High attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Proficiency in Windows, Google Apps, MS Office, and other office software


Nice to Have
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
  • Local Health Care market understanding
  • Previous experience or interest in data, databases
