Account Manager

Verra Mobility is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship owner for client accounts, driving retention, growth, and satisfaction.

  • Analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Project and program management experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and troubleshoot
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities
  • Ensure accurate billing and invoicing

Education

  • Minimum 3+ years in Customer Support, Account Management, or related roles
  • Experience working with state and local governments preferred
