VEG is a rapidly growing emergency company dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets. We are looking for an outgoing and organized Customer Experience Coordinator to enhance the overall experience for pet parents.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and manage customer communications
  • Greet customers warmly upon entrance to the hospital

  • Follow up with customers after visits to ensure satisfaction
