Victory Home Remodeling is looking for an Office Manager. We are one of the newest home renovation companies in the North East. Our company embodies its core values. We are looking for a highly motivated on-site Office Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the general operation of our office, while juggling multiple tasks to keep our office running smoothly - from assistance with administrative tasks to greeting visitors and prospective employees.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and prospective clients and employees
Organize, maintain, and purchase inventory and office supplies, business cards, Victory swag, and equipment as needed
Organize meetings for Executive Team, Senior HR Generalist, and Director of Sales and Marketing; manage database and calendar
Organize company events; book transportation and accommodations for external travel
Work with the Director of SDR to prepare for home shows, ensure equipment is packed and up to date
Assist with social media efforts
Organize and implement company charity fundraising events
Coordinate content for weekly Executive Meeting; take minutes each week and follow-up with Senior HR Generalist to send out post-meeting email
Monitor employee attendance and time off
Assist Senior HR Generalist in organizational development and tasks related to the department
Other tasks as the company continues to grow
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask on a daily basis
Ability to take direction from multiple Executives and prioritize based upon need
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as attention to detail
Energetic, ambitious, and looking for growth opportunity
Ability to life 25 lbs.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years experience in administrative support position, preferably in a start-up company
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
