Proposal Manager

As a Proposal Manager at Vida, your responsibilities include managing the entire proposal process, maintaining and updating our proposal library, leading proposal planning, conducting kick-off calls with the sales team, and preparing all documents for submission. You’ll also work closely with Subject Matter Experts to capture and refine their insights to ensure our proposals are high-quality and effective.

To be considered for the Proposal Manager position at Vida, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of proposal management experience. Strong communication skills, project management expertise, and experience in writing and developing proposals are also highly valued.
