Responsibilities:
  • Proposal process management.
  • Maintain, update and manage a robust proposal library and third party database information sources.
  • Conduct proposal planning and preparation activities that maximize time and ensure SME input during the proposal phase.
  • Lead all kick off calls with internal sales team and draft reviews on proposals and proposal components.
  • Prepare for delivery of all proposal documents for submittal.
  • Capture and refine novel SME input and content.


Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proposal management experience.
  • Strong communication skills to manage the proposal stakeholders and coordinate input clearly and succinctly with all company and teammate stakeholders.
  • Experience “owning” a proposal throughout the proposal life cycle.
  • Experience supporting/contributing to the development of all sections of a proposal with specific experience as a writer.
  • Experience working on several proposals/deliverables at once.
  • Experience with Google Suite and MacBooks.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.


Bonus Skills:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Deep understanding of editorial practice and standards.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Responsive (RFPIO) or similar proposal management software and Salesforce experience.


$140,000 - $150,000 a year
