About the Position:
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to lead the design of a new data-driven product tailored for dental professionals. In this role, you will create compelling data visualizations, streamline the communication of insights, and design experiences that empower users to take meaningful action. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team to deliver high-impact features that prioritize simplicity, clarity, and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end experiences for our new SaaS product, focusing on data visualization and actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, workflows, and interactions.
Use a “Good, Better, Best” framework to iterate quickly, delivering functional solutions while striving for continuous refinement.
Translate complex data into intuitive, visually compelling experiences that clinicians can easily interpret and act upon.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to ensure a user-centered design approach.
Work within and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across the product.
About You:
Experience: 3+ years of experience designing for SaaS platforms, with a portfolio showcasing strong data visualization work.
Core Traits: Kind, empathetic, curious, and collaborative, with a user-first mindset.
Creative Confidence: Ability to ideate boldly, solve complex problems creatively, and take ownership of your designs from concept to execution.
Agility: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and iterating quickly based on feedback and evolving priorities.
Communication: Strong skills in presenting and articulating design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
Technical Skills: Fluent in Figma and proficient with tools for data visualization and prototyping. Bonus points for knowledge of front-end technologies like React and Tailwind.
