As they scale their platform and features, they are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ruby on Rails Developer to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new features using Ruby on Rails
- Participate in solving complex technical and architectural problems
- Collaborate with frontend developers and internal teams on platform enhancements
- Contribute to full lifecycle development, including deployment and delivery
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security across all solutions
- Work in an agile environment and participate in daily team collaboration
- 3+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails
- Solid frontend development skills with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with Git, PostgreSQL, AWS, Node, Webpack, Oracle Cloud, Vue, Yarn
- Experience with Unix Shell scripting (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and agile team environment
- High proficiency in English – written and verbal
- Must hold an active NBI Clearance
