Job Description

Global Sales Compensation, Sr. Manager

Sr. Business Manager will lead operations and analytics for the Commercial and Money Movement Solutions Sales Compensation program at Visa Inc. In this role, you will provide operational excellence and analytics for the team. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for sales performance tracking, building models, reporting, and driving insights. Responsibilities will range from analytical to operational/tactical, setting quotas, compensation plan effectiveness, and ensuring effective reporting.

In this role, you will drive insights into quarterly attainment, model and recommend sales compensation plan changes, partner sales operations, and Finance globally. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven environment and demonstrate a natural curiosity when digging into the numbers. You are responsible for reporting and analytics, and data management of all sales compensation data. 

  • Support and administration of our sales incentive compensation program for our sales team globally
  • Compile quarterly sales credit reporting for leadership review and plan effectiveness assessment
  • Collaborate with the comp admin and comp design teams to implement changes and updates to sales compensation crediting process
  • Be a point of contact for a multi-functional team for Sales compensation-related inquiries and requests
  • Drive operational efficiency in the sales compensation process
  • Own reporting and sales metric credit validations
  • Be curious to simplify, streamline, and automate processes
  • Perform new plan year implementation

Qualifications

  • Sales compensation and strategy experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience, dashboards, reporting, and BI tools (or other CRM tools)
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Data modeling and analysis
  • Working with internal business partners and global team 
  • Basic knowledge of Python

 This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

-12+ yrs experience in Sales compensation and strategy experience
-Microsoft Dynamics experience, dashboards, reporting, and BI tools
-Expert in Excel
-Expert in PowerPoint decks and slides
-Data modeling
-Working with external partners across a global team
