Octopus is specialized in rapidly assembling remote global tech teams that are fully aligned with the culture and practices of a particular brand. You will be working with our partner Menthum. a rapidly growing digital saving platform. We are looking for competent Relationship Managers who play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. You'll have the opportunity to onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporates, manage relationships, and directly contribute to our growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Manage the entire sales and relationship cycle from lead generation to client onboarding to relationship management.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their savings needs, and introduce the benefits of Menthum to them.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-10 years of proven experience in banking & financial services in business development, sales, and account management, particularly in the corporate or HNI (wealth) segment.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycle management and financial products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, including in English.
