We are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our Team!

What you will do

  • Answering customer’s requests via chat and email, helping and guiding them through the app and providing them with the best user experience in English
  • Being our customers voice by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues
  • Collaborating with our different teams and having direct impact to improve our Product
  • Representing Vivid Money and build a trustful relationship with our customers

  • Unlimited desire to help customers and do everything possible to resolve their requests
  • Passion to build better customer service
  • Experience in customer support or work with customers
  • Native or fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
  • Very good command of MS Office and G-Suite
  • Experience with regulatory and government requests, customer's claims are an advantage
  • Financial or investment background is also a plus
