About the role
We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to work alongside the CRO, SVP Finance and Product teams to be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the revenue generating teams. This includes projects such as running monthly business reviews, reporting the numbers to the wider commercial organisation and helping manage the tools needed for the revenue team.
You will have a huge amount of responsibility, autonomy, and creative freedom to help build a best-in-class revenue operations function.

Join Volt as the Head of Revenue Operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online payments. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and various product teams to ensure the seamless operation of our revenue-generating initiatives. Your responsibilities will include crafting and implementing a robust revenue operations strategy in alignment with our growth objectives, working hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize our revenue potential. You’ll own key dashboards with KPIs and lead the charge in optimizing performance metrics. Moreover, your expertise in pricing strategies and strategic planning will be invaluable as you support annual planning processes and create impactful Board presentations. We’re seeking someone with over 8 years of experience in revenue or sales operations within a fast-paced fintech or SaaS space.
