Position Description:


We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our Human Resources Team to improve infrastructure in our Taylor office. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and have zero to five years of related experience. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 90 days of employment. 


Typical responsibilities include:
  • Perform recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.
  • Assist employees with a multitude of varying HR needs
  • Maintain assigned HR related programs (Performance appraisals, Exit Interviews, etc.)
  • Perform HR Coordinator responsibilities (offer letters, orientations, file maintenance, special events, etc.)
  • Maintain Human Resources databases and complete data entry
  • Perform general HR related duties as assigned
  • Maintain a safe working environment


Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field


Skills/Experience:
  • Zero to five years of experience in an HR and/or recruiting environment
  • Basic knowledge of O365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Experience with HRIS software (UKG Pro) preferred
