Position Summary...What you'll do...Manager - Event Field Marketing - MarketplaceMake your mark on the legacy of Walmart and come build the next great retail disruptor of global online marketplaces. Marketplace is an integral part of Walmart's growth strategy and fast-paced innovation is embedded into every aspect of what we're building.We are looking for an experienced Event Field Marketing Manager to join our team and help execute our Marketplace events strategy. The Event Field Marketing Manager is a cross functional role that will focus on establishing connections with target audiences and use experiential marketing to generate interest in Walmart Marketplace's products, services, and brand. They will work closely with both the GTM and sales operations teams to generate and track qualified leads, craft detailed marketing campaigns, and maximize event ROI for optimal revenue impact. They will work together with the Event Manager to define event goals and metrics, including targeted lead flow to maximize pipeline generation and acceleration.You will make an impact by:• Identify and attend relevant industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Walmart Marketplace and drive business expansion.• Create and manage event marketing campaigns that promote products or services and align them with brand and broader event goals.• Collaborate with internal teams to design creative activations and experiences that resonate with potential and existing sellers focusing on business development, product adoption, and brand awareness.• Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with potential sellers and partners to highlight the value of joining Walmart Marketplace.
