You will report to the Director of Product Marketing.This is not a remote role, you must live within driving distance to one of our hubs: Bentonville, AR or Hoboken, NJ and spend the majority of your work week in the office.What you'll do:• Utilize data and insights to shape and execute impactful marketing plans• Work across category marketing teams to align on Marketplace goals and objectives• Ensure Marketplace strategic initiatives are integrated and prioritized within Marketing campaigns and processes• Monitor business performance and optimize marketing tactics to meet marketing and business goals• Support weekly analytics reviews in collaboration with analytics partners• Collaborate with Ecommerce to drive seamless customer experiences• Create and help scale best-in-class efficient routines, processes and timelines, embedding executional excellence into everything you doWhat you'll bring:• You've got a customer-centric mindset• You excel at meticulousness, simultaneously managing diverse workstreams.• You're curious with a desire to expand your capabilities and understand business needs• You excel at challenges requiring a combination of data analysis and creativity.• You're comfortable managing partners, getting buy-in from leadership, and holding contributors accountable• You've got experience working with Creative and/or Marketing agenciesMinimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 year's experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years' experience in marketing or related field.• Possessing robust organizational abilities, a strong sense of responsibility and accountability, and the knowledge to guide projects involving various team's inputs and dependencies.Preferred Qualifications:• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field like (not limited to) Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related area• 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams and influencing Cross functional partners like Merchandising, Creative, Media, Insights• 2+ years of experience in Retail Analytics, Digital Analytics, or eCommerce AnalyticsBenefits & Perks:Beyond competitive pay, you can receive incentive awards for your performance.
