Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Shreveport. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and innovation
  • Create and manage marketing budgets while ensuring optimal ROI
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, and email campaigns
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
  • Direct brand management initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all channels
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and support revenue goals
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and marketing partners
  • Present marketing performance reports to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with 2+ years in a management role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent project management and budget administration skills
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Demonstrated experience in brand management and market analysis
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development
