Be a trusted advisor: Develop Strong and Trusting Relationships - as a resilience business partner working across the organization to solve issues, address pain points and implement resilience strategies which increase overall resilience of the organization. Deliver resilience insights and risks to leadership at all levels.
Oversee Business Performance: Lead annual and quarterly business planning and performance engagements for assigned business units. Conduct deep dive analysis on issues effecting resilience compliance, maturity metrics, and implement corrective actions.
Produce Compelling Presentations and Training: Develop and deliver clear, cohesive, and skillful communication regarding crisis management and business continuity.
Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Executive Sponsors, Program Coordinators, IT Disaster Recovery and Emergency Management partners to deliver best-in-class resiliency solutions.
Work Autonomously & Self-Starter: You will be responsible for management of the above and action with limited manager oversight
Flexible and Adaptable: Knowledge of successful approaches, tools, and techniques for dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment; ability to adapt as needed
What you’ll bring:

You have strong technical acumen through hands-on system administration experience with resilience software, stays current with emerging technologies, and exhibits a proven track record of implementing innovative technical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
You are comfortable presenting to executive leadership.
You are an effective and clear communicator at all levels of an organization
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Social Sciences, Government, Communications, Risk Management, Business Administration or related field or 4 years' experience in emergency management or related field.
3 years' experience implementing and maintaining a business continuity program, training, or exercise programs.
Minimum of 1 year experience with implementing, developing, and maintaining as a system administrator resilience software (BC in the Cloud, Fusion Framework System, etc.) and other supporting systems (Power BI, etc).
Knowledge of best practices in the field of business continuity and recovery
Excellent prioritization and time management skills
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and indirect influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence of stakeholders at various organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supply-chain or retail business continuity
Bilingual (Spanish)

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
