From day one, you'll be empowered and equipped to do the best work of your life.As a Director, Account Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of focused on growing GMV sales for Walmart's e-commerce marketplaces. Your team will generate growth by providing strategic advice to cross border Sellers in order to develop their business in Walmart's international marketplaces.This role focuses on leading a team of Account Managers to foster win-win relationships with third party Sellers driving engagement and adoption of growth-driving programs. We help accelerate program adoption for key growth opportunities by coaching Sellers on the fundamental building blocks to develop their business long term. These growth levers are consisting of (but not limited to) Walmart Fulfilment Services (WFS), Walmart Connect (WMC), Ship With Walmart (SWW), Deal events participation, etc.In this role you will work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling business cases to improve Seller experience. You will be entrusted with developing a safe an inclusive environment for a team of Account Managers, acting as coach and enabler for their career progression. In this role you will be responsible for building relationships with internal senior and executive level decision-makers at our corporate office and the Walmart international marketplaces we serve, as well with Sellers and service providers.To drive Seller performance, you will foster collaboration with international markets and cross-functional teams. Drive and exceed Seller revenue growth goals for your team. Work with a sense of urgency to drive and deliver sales goals while maintaining high quality outputs. Coach your team to develop a consultative selling approach, clear communication, problem-solving mindset, and utilize data to drive actionable insights.Building Relationships with Key Decision Makers - Develop relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and working teams to develop business plans that exceed expectations. Understand Sellers' goals, decision-making processes, and success metrics.Driving New Partner Success - Partner with the Business Development teams through the onboarding process for new strategic sellers and develop initial targets and actions plans that accelerate item setup and improve offer quality and discoverability.Advocating For the Platform - Champion and evangelize our platform, and its evolving capabilities, to prospective sellers. Drive awareness and adoption of new seller services. Attend trade shows and external events to generate new partner opportunities.Being Seller Obsessed - Listen to seller feedback, challenges, and needs. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, site operations, partner support, etc.) to continuously improve the platform and experience.Manage team performance and development - Coach your team to develop their careers at Walmart, identify and promote talent and mange your team to deliver results.Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 5 years' experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Omni-Channel, Merchandising, or a related area, or a related area OR 7 years' experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area• 5+ years' experience in Business Development, Planning, Business Management, or a related area• 2 years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects• MBA• Significant experience people leadership and performance management• Experience leading and completing cross-functional projects• Experience in Seller Succes and Account Management (Hunter)• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills• Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgencyAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
