Position Summary What you'll do Position Summary What you'll do As a part of Walmart Connect's API Product team, you'll build industry defining ad platforms at scale that enable Walmart suppliers and sellers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high performing campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping journey. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help reimagine the way we empower advertisers and partners with best-in-class API Platform that can drive publishing of advertisements at scale with campaign management, optimization and measurement. APIs are critical to the success of Walmart Connect's Ad Platform. The person in this role will lead various efforts to build new APIs, improve existing APIs, and revamp the developer experience for our partners and advertisers. You'll make an impact by: Drive development of APIs from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts. Develop and enhance APIs - you will align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks. Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership. Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in advertising industry and developer tools to identify new opportunities. Use domain expertise, internal and external best practices to improve developer experience for our partners and advertisers. Conduct customer research to define partner segments and identify needs to inform API product roadmap. Partner with internal advertising sales team and Walmart retail teams to create unique, compelling APIs that benefit shoppers, partners and our advertising clients. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field 1 years of experience in API Product Management 3 years of hands-on experience in Product Management Passionate about solving complex problems Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally Test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team's products.
