We are seeking an experienced and motivated Partnership Account Manager(Account Manager, Financial Institutions ) to join our efforts in Brazil’s water and sanitation crisis. Despite having one of the largest economies and highest water availability in the world, there are still deep inequalities in access to water and sanitation among Brazil’s geographical regions, rural and urban communities and households. In 2017, we certified our first microfinance institution partner and began piloting our WaterCredit solution. Since then, Water.org has brought on additional financial partners and expanded our work in the region, reaching more than 685,000 people with access to safe water or sanitation. In this role, you will serve as an account manager and business advisor identifying opportunities to continue the expansion of our work.

In this exciting position, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our partnership accounts, building and maintaining meaningful relationships with decision-makers to support our growth strategy. Your expertise in account management will enable you to ensure customer satisfaction and drive performance by utilizing your analytical skills to report on account metrics. Not only will you identify new business opportunities, but you will also be instrumental in executing service delivery projects that enhance our financial partners’ impact in the communities we serve. With over five years of experience in account management, especially within the financial sector or sanitation projects, you’ll bring valuable insights to the table. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is essential, as is proficiency in English.
