Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as online research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospective clients to understand their needs, present relevant solutions, and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of interactions.
  • Pitching & Presentations: Assist in preparing compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials tailored to specific client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Operations to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client pain points and suggest tailored solutions.
