As an Outbound Lead Generation Associate, you will play a a critical role in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-quality B2B leads for Welcome Pickups. Through targeted prospecting, personalized outreach campaigns, and thorough lead qualification, you will engage decision-makers and spark interest in our solutions. By collaborating with sales and marketing teams, maintaining accurate CRM data, and tracking performance metrics, you will ensure seamless lead handovers and contribute valuable insights to refine outreach strategies. Your efforts will directly support the growth of Welcome Pickups' B2B partnerships and market presence.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Prospecting
    • Research and identify potential B2B prospects in various markets through external partners and scraping and enrichment tools.
    • Build a high-quality pipeline of leads through targeted prospecting and thorough market research.
  • Outbound Outreach
    • Develop outreach campaigns, including personalised email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, and other marketing materials to engage decision-makers and generate interest in Welcome Pickups’ solutions.
  • Lead Qualification
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team, ensuring they align with business priorities.
  • CRM & Data Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, activities, and progress in the CRM (HubSpot). Ensure timely follow-ups and seamless handover of leads to sales.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as number of leads generated, outreach volume, response rates, and conversion rates, to evaluate effectiveness and improve strategies.
  • Collaboration & Alignment
    • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on messaging, target personas, outreach strategies, and needs.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to share feedback, insights, and trends from outreach efforts to improve overall alignment and performance.
    • Contribute to the refinement of workflows and handover processes to ensure smooth collaboration with prospect-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with the travel & hospitality industry will be a great plus.
