About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager as a part of our Auto Line of Business.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In This Role, You Will• Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics• Build framework for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer• Assess, value, and prioritize work efforts for team delivery with focused accountability on delivery quality and user experience• Establish working partnership with key stakeholders including Finance, Credit Risk, and Production to ensure Auto Pricing meets corresponding measures of success• Ensure product builds and releases meet technology and target state architecture requirements• Provide leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs• Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex, and diverse products and servicesRequired Qualifications:• 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Experience supporting Auto Indirect Lending Pricing with sound understanding in dealer user experience, financial planning and risk-based lending• Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions• Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels including in-person and virtual environments• Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly measure and communicate results• Analytical skills including using data to drive strategy and decisions• Ability to assess risk issues, implement solutions, and influence change with exceptional problem-solving abilities• Ability to effectively partner and influence within a highly matrixed organization• Ability to develop strong partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areasJob Expectations:• This position will require onsite presence at one of the locations listed in the posting• This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office, 2 days remote per week• This position will require potential late evening /early morning availability with possible weekend coverage to support technology release activities• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting End Date:12 Dec 2024• Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value DiversityAt Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
