Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel.Responsibilities:• Will lead 2 US based Kanban scrum teams.• Will provide coaching to drive team metrics.Qualifications:• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.• Experience leading scrum teams.• Previous experience with Agile coaching.• Jira experience.• Experience with JQL.• Previous Confluence experience.
