Here's what you'll do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy alongside the Head of TA, Internal communications and marketing team to leverage various channels to reach our target audience (social media, job boards, articles, conferences).
Craft engaging content about our company culture, employee benefits, and open positions. (Blog posts, employee testimonials, success stories, social media content, eye-catching job descriptions) highlighting what makes Welltech unique.
Manage our employer branding initiatives across all platforms, ensuring a consistent and compelling message (employer review sites, our careers page, and industry-specific publications)
Analyze recruitment marketing data to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize our strategy. You will track and analyze key recruitment marketing metrics such as website traffic, application conversion rates and source effectiveness.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process (i.e. onboarding). Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the candidate journey and increase conversion rates.
Develop Recruitment Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and target demographics.
Deliver digital marketing campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other relevant channels. Utilize data-driven insights to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Regularly monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and develop strategies to increase follower engagement and brand visibility.
Engaging employees around employer branding activations and creating ambassadors of Welltech EVP.
Develop a content calendar that aligns with recruitment cycles and company milestones.
The ideal profile
At least 3 years of experience in content marketing, preferably focused on employer branding.
Proven ability to craft compelling and targeted employer brand marketing messages (copywriting for social media, blogs, etc.).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g.Asana, Jira).
Experience with editing and content tools such as Canva and Confluence (will be considered as an advantage)
Experience in social media tools across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the employer brand message.
Experience with data analytics in measuring campaign success and providing recommendations and actionable items
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, initiatives and content creation timelines.
